Virginia
 In 2004-2005, the state of Virginia had a total of 1,204,632 students enrolled in 2,070 public schools across the state. According to our most recent data, in 2004 Virginia spent $463 per student on public school facility construction.
In May 2009, US Department of Education approved Virginias application for Fiscal Stabilization Funds. Virginia identified no funding for K-12 public school construction.
